Hi, I’m Guilherme Brito, but just call me Gui.

Here is my story;

After roughly 10 years in the media industry, I can confidently say that, as a candidate, I'm well-rounded on all aspects of video, music production, podcast production, motion graphics, editorial design, and branding.

It's very likely you've seen at least one of my videos across the internet at one time or another. Between my professional career and personal ventures, I have been involved in videos published across social platforms that have gained an aggregate of more than 20 billion views since September 2014. The content that I’ve worked on, and the content that I’ve overseen, has spanned art, technology, politics, culture, business, and news.

Over the past decade, I've helped launch successful video teams at Meredith, HuffPost, Mic, and The Recount. I’m also an experienced manager, having at times overseen teams of 5-20 producers, audio engineers, designers, and video editors. In each of my roles, I’ve also helped to scale audiences on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.

During my video career, some of my directorial editorial initiatives have included a seven-person roundtable with Hillary Clinton, interviews with President Joe Biden, Senator Elizabeth Warren, and former attorney general Eric Holder, and features with celebrities like Bono, Common, Big Sean, Beyoncé, Jay Z, Pink, Alicia Keys, and Snoop Dogg. I’ve also worked with brands such as Microsoft, Spotify, Hulu, Netflix, and Chevrolet on dozens of video campaigns ranging from short, square videos to full-scale OTT shows.

In addition to my professional career, I've also been cultivating a side project of my own called Fix Media. Since 2018, I’ve worked to scale multiple lifestyle social media channels that have since amassed more than five million subscribers across platforms, with an average monthly video viewership of more than 250 million.
